[UK-CONTEST] SCC from Ofcom

Please don't discredit Ofcom. Both M9X and Terry's G6T were issued by  
Ofcom inside 48 hours. The 4 to 6 week wait for our NOVs was purely  
down to someone(s) at RSGB having to approve them.
