[UK-CONTEST] QRM on the PSK freq (Roger Cooke)

It was the same here in Devon. In terms of band noise, the PSK sector was 
noisy but the RTTY sector was quiet. Mind you, the noise in the PSK sector 
didn't prevent me from working people.
