I don't know the answer to this, but as a matter of interest I do know that
the list as shown on the RSGB SCC info page is not current and not complete.

Prospective applicants please note that the current SCC call M5B was issued
in Novenmber 2007 but is not shown on the list.  OFCOM tell me that this was
an oversight on their part when they forwarded the info to the RSGB.
