[UK-CONTEST] PSK & RSGB 80M CC Events - ( was QRM on the PSK freq)

Changed the subject title a bit, to more accurately reflect the topic.

Interesting selection of views, most favouring the status quo, I know a
number are away at the GMDX Convention  this weekend so QRX for (hopefully)
further input in a day or two.....
