[UK-CONTEST] Short calls and a sex change

Just been told that Rose, the person running the short call sub bureau  is, 
despite the name, an OM and not a YL.   See _www.qrz.com_

He also asks me to point out that the RSGB have been printing his out of  
date e mail in the Callbook for years, but that it is now to be corrected.   
The e mail I gave for him does indeed work, despite the odd  hickup.
