[UK-CONTEST] Friendly spaces in the Ropoco post codes

All HF contests have a Cabrillo template, these are defined on the CC web site.
The template for RoPoCo does not include a space in the postcode. The
Cabrillo log standard uses white spaces as separators between the
columns. This restricts the logging format somewhat and means you
can't have a space in a logged field. I didn't invent Cabrillo, so
don't blame the messenger (or the robot!). Cabrillo is necessary only
as a "standard" so that your logging software and the adjudication
software can talk the same language. The robot just makes sure that
you are using the correct template.
If you want to slow down your QSO rate, there is absolutely no reason
when you can't use as many spaces as you like when you send your
postcode, this has nothing to do with the format of Cabrillo.
Also, there is also no reason an SSB operator should ever pause for
breath (at least not when the TX light is on) ;-)
