[UK-CONTEST] IOTA -" nul points" for Fixed-to-Fixed, pse!

Hi Paul,

I thought it wouldn't be!

I can see why you need fixed stations to help the island stations to bump up
their scores, but it seems some fixed stations are just working fixed
station after fixed station, which seems to defeat the object of the
contest.

So you're proposing 15 pts for Island to Island, 5 pts Island to
non-Island(or vice versa) and 1 pt for non-island to non-island? That seems
reasonable, you've got to get the fixed stations to go looking for islands,
rather than just sitting and waiting for the islands to come to them.

Tin hat off, but body armour still on.
