different skillsets being required was the very basis of my first post

your not going to win a vhf contest no matter how good an operator you are 
from a valley floor!

for the ignorant out there have a look at the operator list for GM2T and 
MM0CPS/P in most VHF contests.

The arrogance of these 2 replies on here astounds me.

I dont have a decent vhf location so would be pointless putting anything up 
here hence operating with club members.

By making assumptions in life you often get things wrong, its often far 
better to check facts.

i find Reg's comments funny because i supplied him with a pcb and parts to 
make a 6m preamp last year!!

Does this sound like someone with no interest in VHF?

Bryn it's definately not me who needs to get a life !!
