As a graduate of Roger's CW classes I know he isn't joking.  I think  
it is a great idea.  That said I haven't used a straight key since the  
time he made  each have a go with a straight key in front of the rest  
of the class :-S

Re QRS, maybe you should ask Roger about his definition of 5 WPM etc  
as used in his classes ;-)
