I thought I would look through my pile of old radcoms. Unfortunately 
the information is in the pull-out contest supplements in the October 
issues. Guess what, I seem to have pulled them out each year. The only 
one of those I have left is the one in the shack, the 2003 issue, by 
which time they had moved over to post codes.

So I guess you need to find a non-contester who hasn't pulled them 
out... Or they should be on the CD roms.
