[UK-CONTEST] [CDXC] RSGB 3 letter UK county codes

I'm not familiar with WAB county idents Chris.

The reason that I am interested in these codes is that they were used as the
suffix for morse testing stations in the RSGB Morse Testing Service weekends
that were held each year in May, from 1997 to 2003. These stations signed
GB0 + 3 letter county code, so, for example, GB0DVN would be in Devon,
GB0YSN would be North Yorkshire, etc. I want to be able to identify stations
in this event that were not in England, hence my interest in GB0PEM, which
may be Pembrokeshire.
