Hi Nigel

There's no mode mentioned in the rules because all modes are permitted.
However, you'll find the majority of contacts are made on ssb, centred
around 144.300, horizontally polarized.

Good luck and look forward to working you.

Subject: [UK-CONTEST] Tmw's AFS on 144MHz ... wot mode is it?

Hello UK Contesters,

In preparation for an initial dabble in tomorrow's 144MHz
AFS Contest, I read both the specific contest rules as well
as the associated General Rules. In neither place could I
find any reference to "mode", "cw" or "ssb".

Please could someone tell a VHF-Contesting-Novice what mode
is tomorrow's 144MHz AFS Contest? The rules are silent on
this topic.
