[UK-CONTEST] Tmw's AFS on 144MHz ... wot mode is it?

Is it worth me getting a beam up, I have a 13 el yagi for two and 100watts
for SSB but will there be conditions do you think that will allow me to
participate? Has anyone ever managed to copy the Algarve on 2m?
