So Ed, presumably NOV holders will receive paperwork asking them if they  
want to renew , we reply accordingly and the NOV is then renewed.
 
I assume this from the statement  that " will be invited to renew  without 
the requirement to qualify, as long the licensee certifies that the SCC  is 
still needed". 
 
Just want to make sure we are not expected to initiate the process by  
writing to OFCOM to certify the NOV is still needed?
