I've had one or two problems over the years with QRZ and found that emailing
them will get you a reply and they'll try and sort it out for you. Here's an

QRZ.COM is owned and operated by *Fred Lloyd, AA7BQ* and is located in
Phoenix, Arizona. There is no storefront, no office building, no
receptionist, and no paid staff. This low cost operating structure has
enabled us to remain continuously online and free to the ham community since
1993.

QRZ operates on automatic pilot most of the time. We don't publish a phone
number because all of us work daytime jobs. We can be contacted by email,
snail mail, or FAX, 24 hours a day.

*EMAIL* is always the best way to contact QRZ. Our general email inbox is

   A typical email to QRZ should look like this:

   *To:*editor at qrz.com <editor at qrz.com?subject=support%20request>
      *Subject:* xx1xxx (<- put your callsign here)

Please be as descriptive as possible when telling us about your
problem. *Always
mention your callsign* in the in the message, especially if you're having a
problem.
