Only partially Roger!  Although I personally have little time or desire 
to participate in the whole QSL thing, I've nothing against those who 
do, while they still can.  Fact is the postal system is undergoing 
change at amazing speed and affordable transmission of tangible 
"information" items will quite soon become a thing of the past, the 
postal service being limited to bought-on-line tangibles.  I just think 
the RSGB should start developng a policy before they are overtaken by 
events.  (And yes, the ingredients for my apple pie and custard are 
already bought on-line and delivered by dedicated transport, a growing 
industry today).  Remember the coal mines? (and the miners?)   They 
didn't win . . .
