Sorry I don't know - I just asked the question "do you think that LoTW has 
led to a drop in direct QSLs?" - Steve is manager for quite a few callsigns 
so will be taking a global view. Yes he will mean 'common' for G/GM/GW - 
unlikely that the RSGB cards make much difference to his opinion.
