[UK-CONTEST] Win Test oddity

Hi

In WinTest for use on my Asus eeePC I redefine the the . and , keys to 
be INS or + respectively . I just did this and although the . works as 
INS OK, each time I press the , (for +) I get a message box asking me to 
validate the message associated with + .  I haven't seen this before so 
I must have inadverently set something but I cant find out what.
 I can change the message but it always asks for validation and doesn't 
send the message

Any ideas?
