Ray,

I've done some research and asked PE1EWR about the contests on the 
continent, his reply copied below, not definitive, but seems you are more 
correct than me, hi.

As for the format for UKAC or alternative, your suggestion is very close to 
that of the Low Power contests in August (Countries count as a mult in 
these). Why don't we run that format on a seperate day/evening each month. 
and see how it pans out.
