[UK-CONTEST] Individual Short Contest Callsigns

Yes, missed IOTA as I scanned through. So the count is 1 HF for RSGB,  1 
HF Russia, 1/2 HF BARTG (could be 2 depending how you interpret BARTG 
RTTY), 3 HF WAE, 5 HF ARRL, 8 HF CQ. A very US centric list why none 
from Asia especially JA? May be time to negotiate some more?
