Hi all,

Some of the delay could also be due to folk operating SO2R, and being too
busy working a mult on another band!
I hate that, but worse are those that are working a pile-up on their run
frequency, but call you for a mult, and then take ages to respond to your
report!

Just another thought to add to the pot!
