[UK-CONTEST] AFS CW Entries

A reminder for all that entries for AFS CW must be in by 2359 on Tuesday 26/01/2010.

The change in Domain Name from RSGBHFCC.org to RSGBCC.org has caught a number of people out.  Mail sent to the old RSGBHFCC addresses will not get through.  Several cases have been picked up only through comments made on this reflector.  Remember, communication with the Contests Committee other than by snail mail is ALWAYS acknowledged.  If your entry has not been acknowledged, either by the Robot or by an email from the adjudicator, YOU NEED TO RE-SUBMIT IT.

Please also remind the official dealing with your club's logs that the Club Summary (details of team makeup, confirmation of operators' membership, and club meeting-place) still needs to be submitted, either as soapbox comments on one of the team's logs, or in a separate email to afscw.logs at rsgbcc.org
