Just my 2p worth - whatever diameter of duct/pipe you use, it will 
eventually fill with cables and you will want more space !

Secondly, might be worth considering two separate pipes if you are intending 
any simultaneous multiband operation - with the solid outers of 4-50 and 
5-50 there should be no problems, but RG213 has some braid leakage if cables 
are tightly packed together.
