What is wrong on that page is:
3 (i) A Portable station is defined in General Rule 6.

General Rule 6 is about Entrants. The definition of Portable is in 
General Rule 5.

In the calendar, http://www.rsgbcc.org/hf/calendar10.shtml, it doesn't 
mention the lunch break, just says 0900-1600

And at http://www.rsgbcc.org/ it says the same, but also calls it 'Low 
Power Field Day' - as also does this Sunday's RSGB News...
