[UK-CONTEST] RSGB Log Uploader accepting late entries.

Just picking up on Dave's last point - all the NFD logs were submitted
electronically this year. From memory the last time we had a paper log was last
year when one, maybe two, check logs were in paper form. This, of course, makes
life very much easier for the adjudicator  so thanks to all the entrants! (And
thanks also to those who in the past have helped with typing up....)

Also, for paper logs submitted within the deadline those of us typing
up these paper logs on behalf of the adjudicators, still need access to
the robot to upload those electronified logs. Certainly in the case of
IOTA logs which I have done in the past, not sure if there are still
paper NFD logs received these days.
