Thanks Tom and to everyone for the replies.
I believe the 1999 RadCom could be the one I was looking for, I put mine in 
a safe place for future reference and of course can't find it now!
Tom if you could scan it for me that would be great. thanks.
I have also always known it as the gin pole method where the mast is flat on 
the ground and the gin pole is at 90 degrees. The side and rear guys are set 
and the front one attached to the end of the gin pole which is then pulled 
towards the ground thus raising the mast.  First seen back in the sixties 
when a group of gentlemen contesters in suits and ties were raising their 
NFD mast!!
