There's some conflict here which needs addressing.
Firstly the merger of HF & VHF CC's, which would indicate harmonisation.
Then we have possibly two lists, neither run by the RSGB, commenting on
contests and rules changes in both areas.
It would seem one list is required to put all the input in one area, and
some official recognition that RSGB is looking at it, as questions are being
asked and judgements made by CC that affect us all.
Either that or RSGB set up its own reflector for comment and opinion. At
present we have no way of knowing whether input is acted upon or not.
