[UK-CONTEST] ROPOCO Contests

Some would say they do not like CW contests. I like SSB, CW and RTTY 
contesting with a preference for RTTY after all I do RTTY best of all 
with 3rd in BARTG Expert category this year beaten by an American, 
K4GMH  and a Canadian, VA2UP. So lets have a RTTY ROPOCO.
