Hi Andy,
You've had a good suggestion already and one I use here but only for 2 cables (Ecoflex15) through a gable end wall.
Considering the size (LDF5-50 in particular) and number of cables then there is another method as long as the foundation isn't already in place.
A sloping length of plastic pipe going from the outside (above ground but below floor level) and rising up inside to floor level or above.
Care would be needed to make sure the builders don't go ahead and put in a horizontal pipe combined with a vertical one (as happened to one friend who reads this reflector!) as that makes getting substantial feeders into the extension a b****r whereas the sloping tube makes life so much easier.
