[UK-CONTEST] Fwd: ZS10WCS

In previous BERUs, ZS specials (there was a ZS75PTR, wasn't there, a few 
years ago), counted as ZS0s, as do callsigns without a relevant numeral 
(e.g. ZL/W9JKY).
