[UK-CONTEST] pile ups

I wonder if pile up breaking is a suitable topic for the RSGB 
Convention? UK Ops may be effective but there will be some who are not 
and to help them break piles up through careful listening and then TXing 
at the correct moment is surely better than the Italian (and others from 
SE EU countries) with an all mouth and no ears lack of technique.
