[UK-CONTEST] Late post CC PSK

Hi All

Sorry for late post on subject of PSK, not read emails for few days.
I think the main stumbling block is, that PSK is combined with RTTY in CC,
if it's use is to continue separate sessions would be preferable. It is
not a good mode for short contests. The EU PSK test mentioned is on PSK63.
One good thing out of this, is that it  has encouraged people to get going
on data modes. I have spend quite a while getting both modes working in my
homebrew logger, I enjoyed the challenge.

Replace SSB with PSK????
