[UK-CONTEST] Stanag on 3580

Hi.

  Just wondered if we East Angles were the only ones really bothered with this awful row covering 10kHz, centered on 3580?

It was S-9 here and sometimes 20 dB over in the evenings, notably in the RSGB CC Data contests. It made PSK very difficult
but the good news is that it has gone QRT, hopefully forever! 

It was Stanag, a military data mode and was coming from the Dutch coast.
