As you point out, this cheating appears to be condoned by HFCC.

It was pointed out to them - and not only this year.

You might also like to look at the spots (and spotters) for G6IPU/P and 
G4ARN/P - and then compare with spots for G6YB/P and G3RCV/P (plus for 
myself!). Strange that stations should think it necessary to spot other 
stations in the same County on the DX Cluster!

If we all recruit cheerleaders the cluster will be overloaded!
