Hi Ed

i would like to correct my post the "24" hours part it should be 2 years

I don't buy the over enthusiastic newcomer explanation as the spots were
always around a band change. In my opinion they were either at the station
or in contact with somebody at the station.

They are not that newly licensed either, MM3AWA "recevied my foundation
license on 16th of june 2002" MM3AWD (2002) is in fact MM0LID (2007)

i would like to know how much of a investigation was carried out as 8 years
licensed does not quite fit in with my definition of "newly licensed"

MM0LID or MM3AWD has many years of contest experience as per his QRZ profile

I appreciate you can only go with the explanation you are given

Dave has also pointed out other culprits surely it is time to make an
example of someone?

The committees decision discourages other contesters who see blatant rule
breaking being ignored

73 Colin
