Well said Paul - I always give a true report as it seems pointless otherwise - 
however the downside to "true rst" is alot of lost points as I'm convinced folk 
log 59 ....when its was 57  and therefore lose the whole lot for the contact.

I guess we've all been through the " yeah your 59 bla bla bla but what was my 
report serial and your locator again? " :-)

  Sometimes its frustrating as QSB can make reports change mid QSO, so I
  have been caught out by sending 599 then having to ask for countless
  repeats..
