[UK-CONTEST] Contest end time - a consensus please - Round-up of comments.

All contest rules (HF/VHF/microwave) should be clear of the 
operating period.

If you make QSOs outside of this period - regardless of your 
own method of time-keeping
then said QSOs are in breach of the contest rules.

Simples!

No-one expects every entrant to have their own Rubidium time 
standard, but it shouldn't
be a surprise if the odd QSO at the beginning, or end of the 
contest scored as zero points.

Just my two penneth worth.
