  If VHFCC and the UK Microwave Group followed this approach with their 
contests there would not be any contests left to enter! Lots of contests 
on 1.2GHz and above get less than a dozen entries, and the winner may 
have less than 50 Qs! It's often not than much better on VHF contests 
such as backpackers, etc.
