[UK-CONTEST] UKAC rules

I'd like to agree Bryn - this year was my first year taking part in UKAC and
I've really enjoyed it.

I was looking forward to next year improving my effort from what I'd learned
but this is quite daft is it too late to review this?

There isn't a way out of this unless there is a loading against living close
to the sea (Im not suggesting it - but alienating improvement isn't a good
one).
