[UK-CONTEST] 2011 UKAC multipliers

 "None of the replies I've read indicate any misunderstanding about the scoring, just incredulity about the changes"



Most of the incredulity appears to come from stations located in  JO01 JO02 and JO03 !  



Personally, I think the changes are a stroke of genius ;-)
