Nigel/Dave you have just shot an arrow
through my W.I.P. on a new award for the very
reasons you mentioned...UK Contests HF and
others involving stations outside the UK need
a long term goal. We used to have "Worked all
British Counties" until government start
tinkering.

So I am working on HISTORIC COUNTIES for
starters. We could end up with something to
rival the US Counties Award. I have lots of
loose ends to tie up before submission for
approval.
