As usual Bristol is wrong. Bristol has NEVER been in Gloucestershire. It
used to be "The City and County of Bristol", then it was Avon, now its
back to being Bristol again. DOH!

No point at all in 'historic' counties that are not historically correct.
No one can get those right, newcomer or old hand (or your database).

Just pointing out that since the powers that be decided to mess with the
counties and that many data sources are wrong, they are not a reliable or
useful locator.
