That is probably legal. However if you took the station over to EI land 
then returned home and operated it as EI/G4FDM or EI/GM4FDM under CEPT 
rules it would not be legal as CEPT stipulates you are a visitor to the 
appropriate country and expected to be present in the country when 
transmitting - ie you cannot operate remote using CEPT rules.
