For the record, SDV supports any combination of
postcode, locator square and country multipliers
in RSGB VHF/UHF contests.  It runs on Windows PCs,
and is free from http://www.rsgbcc.org/hf/sd.shtml

You'll also find free versions of SD (HF contest
logger - including RoPoCo) and SDI (IOTA contest
logger).
