Just received my UBN for the recent 80m Cumulative and I note I had 4 bad serial numbers, each one digit out. 15/16, 36/37, 23/24, 56/57. I find this too much of a coincidence. I recall there was a thread recently about this, also I seem to think there is an on-going problem with Wintest around the issue. Any thoughts? Chris G3SJJ
