[UK-CONTEST] IOTA database?

It is called a call history file. I often use one here for contest 
especially useful for US stations for state pre-fill  and for VHF to get 
the locators. But the information could have been entered incorrectly in 
the first place or like you now moved to somewhere else. It is a useful 
tool but needs to be treated with suspicion.

I use N1MM for my contesting program.
