[UK-CONTEST] Changes to the RSGB Entry Robot for 2012 contests

There will be a change to the RSGB contest entry robot for 2012. For
contests where your entry will be part of an AFS team you must choose
your club name from the drop down list of AFS clubs. This change is
being made so that all logs that form part of a club entry use exactly
the same club name. This ensures that the adjudication system can
correctly calculate the club score.

This change will affect the following contests.

80m CC
80m Sprint
80m AFS CW
80m AFS Phone
All UKACs
50MHz AFS
144MHz AFS
432MHz AFS

NOTE: For these contests the club name in your log file will *not* be
read by the robot, if your log is part of a club entry you must choose
your club from the drop down list.
