What if a traditional local Club in a rural area wishes to compete 
against other similar Clubs?

What if there are Clubs both within 35 km and over, but which don't wish 
to enter Contests?
If there is no nearer Clubs that wish to enter can we then operate for 
the nearest Club that does AND THAT CLUB ENTER THE LOCAL SECTION?

As I have as yet seen no messages in support of the changes, can I ask 
how many Members of the Contest Cttee voted for this change? How many 
opposed it? Was there even a vote?
