[UK-CONTEST] 432MHz Jan Results

Hi Andy and others,

The results are now on the website.   As others have suggested, I often 
don't manage to produce the results as quickly as some of the UKAC 
adjudicators due to work and family time pressures, but I do always get them 
released before the next session (as I have done for the last 5 years).

Just for reference, although there is a lot of automation involved between 
the submission of the log and the production of the results, there is still 
a fair amount of human work to do in both manualy checking and compiling the 
results tables.
