[UK-CONTEST] 80m CC and UK Black-out...!

My SOAPBOX for tonight's 80m CC reads:

The inter-G black-out lasted the whole 90 minutes here. Five
miles on groundwave was about the limit for a decent G QSO.
Most other UK stations were largely inaudible. Was this the
worse inter-G conditions for an 80m CC ever?

And then, to top it all, the RSGB Contest web-site drops out
in sympathy with the poor 80m conditions!
